Welcome to SUGO Academy (Step Up Gem) at SUGOAcademy.com. By enrolling a student in our academic programs or participating in our online tutoring sessions, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully.

1. Pay As You Wish Contribution Policy

At SUGO, we operate on a flexible payment model:

  • No Fixed Fees: Enrolled families choose their own contribution amounts based on what they can afford and the value they place on our services.
  • Contributions: Contributions are processed at the end of each tutoring cycle. No family will be denied access to live sessions due to contribution choices or financial status.
  • No Mandatory Billing: There are no automatic monthly recurring subscriptions or hidden administrative charges unless requested by the parent.

2. Classroom Conduct and Guidelines

To maintain a safe, productive, and focused environment for all students:

  • Privacy Protocol: Students must keep their webcams turned off and remain muted unless explicitly asked to unmute by the instructor.
  • Chat Behavior: Participation inside the live class chat should remain respectful, polite, and strictly focused on the academic material being taught. Profanity, bullying, or disruption will result in immediate removal from the session.

3. Intellectual Property

All worksheets, lesson slides, test prep materials, and educational content shared during our live sessions remain the sole property of SUGO. Materials are shared strictly for personal, non-commercial educational use by the enrolled student and must not be distributed or sold elsewhere.

4. Zero Commitment & Cancellation

You are free to pause or cancel your student's enrollment at any time. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or penalties. Simply contact us via email to update your child's registration status.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

While we aim to deliver exceptional instruction, SUGO does not guarantee specific grades, test scores, or school admission results. Tutors are here to guide, practice, and build confidence, but student academic performance depends on individual effort and consistency.
